Q. Will your services help with home and buildings insurance?
A. Some insurance companies require the property to be visited between once a week and once a month. We can meet your individual requirements.

Q. What happens in the event of a flood or storm damage?
A. We will immediately inform you and acquire the services of local tradesmen to carry out any repairs.

Q. Can you remove the bins after we leave the property?
A. Yes we can do it on the day or the next after they have been emptied.

Q. What happens when you are on holiday?
A. We have two retired policemen who assist with the property checks and respond to call outs.

Q. What don't you do?
A. We will try and help you with any issue, if we can't help we will know someone who can!

Q. In the event of a break-in, what is the procedure?
A. We would attend and secure the house, call the police, remain until all secure and inform the owner.

Q. How do we know you have visited?
A. We record each visit on a log sheet and also leave a ticket in the house with a time and date of the visit.

Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, we have £5,000,000 public liability insurance.
